Compensation and Benefit Specialist required.

Responsibilities
Compensation and systems management, delivering them within specified time and defined expectation
• Adhering strongly to the standards and practices in the area of compensation and Systems
• Provide adequate and prompt feedback on Projects and Assignments
• Ensures compliance to all laid down policies of the company
• Collaborate with members of the team and committing to effective tasks delivery
• Coordinate and review survey results on company competitiveness vs. external market.
• Coordinate and Lead HRBP’s to educate and provide them with guidance on Compensation activities, programs, policies and year-end processes
• Coordinates the day-to-day activities involving benefit plans and ensures that the plans are operating efficiently
• Respond to benefits-related questions from Managers and employees as well as interpretation of benefit programs and policies
• Assist line manager in various Compensation and Benefits projects/programs
• Supports line manager to ensure employee packages are in alignment with company policies and guidelines, are competitive, and are compliant with federal and state laws governing compensation and benefit practices .
• Ensures efficient management of all Pensions and terminal benefits matters.
• Coordinate with the HMO providers to ensure full compliance with agreed SLAs
• Coordinate HR wellness programme design through HRBPs in line with the company’s Medicare plan
