Job Position: Customer Service Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description
Interact directly with customers to ensure inquiries and orders are promptly attended to, complaints are satisfactorily resolved and the company gains a reputation for excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers via verbal and written electronic channels consistently.
• Provide clear information/answers to enquiries; ensure customer needs are met satisfactorily and that concerns raised are noted and treated.
• Give regular reports on interactions with customers; propose strategies that may improve customer experience.
• Be proactive at issues that may result to customer complaints by reporting to management and ensure strategies implemented will not be detrimental to the customer experience.
• Receive and process orders raised via electronic channels, ensuring transactions are locked and customers are retained.
• Train team members on customer care ethics, problem solving processes and customer relations.
• Oversee inventory daily, be proactive with issues that may affect productivity resulting to complaints and ensure company assets are efficiently utilized.
• Strategise and implement quality assurance programs to ensure top notch service delivery.

Qualification
• Minimum of OND in any field from a reputable institution.
• 0 – 1 year working experience in a related field.
• Certified professional training in customer service from a recognised institution is an added advantage.

Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in spoken/written English, patient, teachable, smart and meticulous. Candidates must also have good emotional judgment, great at presentations and marketing.
