PRESS RELEASE BY YOUTH AND WOMEN COALITION FOR ABS (THE BRIDGE)


In a time like this in Nigeria that the Socio-Political, Economic and Religious bridge has collapsed we need a visionary leader that is dynamic, purposeful, Energetic, Resourceful, younger with high level of tolerance that believes in a united restructured Nigeria where peace, Equity, fairness, and justice will reign. The bridge that link the north and south, the old and young, is Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki(ABS).

Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki ABS(THE BRIDGE) is a thoroughbred Technocrat,Economist,Highly educated, internationally connected, a man who has his own mind. He cannot be coaxed into loyalty to tribe, religion and godfatherism traditional politics of Nigeria. THE BRIDGE has been in politics since year 2000, President Olusegun Obasanj appointed him as Special Assistant to the President on Budget, 2003 to 2011 he became the governor of Kawara State, because of his charisma and independence he was appointed the chairman of Nigeria's Governors forum in 2007.He became a senator and in 2015 he became President of Nigerian senate with an opposition deputy first of its kind in Nigeria. This is a demonstration of his high level of tolerance and ability to accommodate people from diverse background, school of thought ,religion and soci-political group.

Being a northerner from North central with the above mentioned qualities we are engaging Nigerian who believes in a united restructured Nigeria to implore Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki ABS(THE BRIDGE) to stand for election come 2019 as the President Federal Republic of Nigeria.
