Okezie Ikpeazu has survived a legal action by a senior lawyer, Friday Nwosu, seeking to disqualify him as governor of Abia state.

Daily Trust in a report on Friday, April 13, stated that the Supreme Court in a verdict dismissed the suit by Nwosu and upheld the ruling of the Court of Appeal, which dismissed the appeal challenging Ikpeazu's qualification.

The lawyer was challenging Ikpeazu's election on the grounds that the governor allegedly made false information in his form to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

-Abia South needs to replace this incompetent individual, Okezie Ikpeazu, and help turn Abia State away from T.A Orji and his gang. Abia deserves better, until Biafra is restored.
