Easiest thing to do! 1. Ensure you're loaded. 2. Eat a LOT of fried foods; fried eggs, potato chips, chicken, fish, etc 3. Eat out, a LOT 4. Eat 1 derica of rice daily as breakfast. 5. Look for a good blood tonic, and drink 2 bottles daily. |
