When you are preparing to go to church and you have no dime with you for offering.
Then you decided to borrow from someone, now my question is will it attract God blessings?

i need your contributions you can also back it up with bible verses.

Borrowing money can attract a curse whether or not you pay it as offering to your Church. Many people borrow money without the intention of paying back. The first thing that will attract blessing is having the intention of paying back your debt. If you don't pay back or plan to do so, you will be cursed even if you walk up to God in heaven to turn in your offering.

On the other hand, you are not under any obligation to borrow money to impress God. God sees the heart, right?

Offering is not compulsory , what is compulsory is for you to worship in holiness and love . God wants to save your soul which money cannot buy :

Exactly, why should anyone be so enburdened to the point of borrowing to pay offering? When there's liberty in Christ.
Please as good as the intentions may be no where was it stated in the Bible that God was moved by anyone's zeal to borrow for offering. Rather it's from your own blessings from God.

Granted that most churches have designed their offerings in such a way as to intimidate or guilt-trip members who have no offerings, but it should not be done by duress.

That said, prepare your offerings cheerfully to minister to the saints. I believe any one who's in Christ and has gained from the church would cheerfully give offerings in proportion to what's gained.

This happens because of the pressures and manipulation of our religious leaders. One would feel odd and out of place when they are shouting and campaigning for money in church and your butt refuses to leave your seat. For those that are not deeply rooted in the word of God, they can do anything to get money to give in the next service. There are so many things one can give God apart from money. You can dance and sing like David , you can give your heart and body,you can give your services etc,but the Pastors and Priests don't like emphasising on these,because they want money. Your dance,songs,heart,body,etc will not get them the good things of life that they desire.

You must pay your tithe too o, if you don't have go and borrow

God is not a ponzi scheme. God will not bless you because you gave or didn't give offering. Genuine blessing is a result of value added to the lives of other people. So your question should be -
"Will God bless me if I borrow money to improve the lives of those around me or the world at large".

Offering + tithe + mediocre = null

Solutions + value - (offering × tithe) = 1
Solutions + value + (offering × tithe) = 1

Therefore offerings and tithe are not required to attract the blessings of God, neither will such generousity prevent bad things from happening to you.

So why borrow offering since it is useless?

Well offering is not compulsory.... its better to come clean that you don't have than to borrow...
