The pressures on the young in Nigeria today is quite enormous.The need to be like their peers who are doing well,when there are no jobs or even good paying jobs,since inflation is forever on the rise.The situation of lack of constant power,transportation problem,accommodation problem etc,all add up.You see majority of youth in nigeria today who are still living from hand to mouth,even when they are in their 30s.These puts them in a constant state of worry,stress and increase in blood pressure.This leads to high consumption of various forms alcohol and drugs in order to lift their spirits,and this of course increase the risk of heart attack.So it is important that people continue to learn more about heart attack,its symptoms,managing it and various way of getting treatment,especially where treatments are not easily available.DR JERRY.
