Though the manifesto is acronym is called SPICER, which stands for Security, Power, Infrastructure, Economy and Restructuring, the details is however in progress and yet to be released. The only aspect he has talked about is the Minimum wages, Corpers allowance and Power Generation, the rest are the handiwork of those scared of his rising popularity.

We have tried political experienced politicians they took us nowhere. Let's try the inexperienced.. You never know, at least this guy started something from scratch, has a better image and is a youth. We need a vibrant young man in AsoRock, someone that will not insult the Nigerian youths, a detribalized Nigerian. Sowere2019 you have my vote.

Mr. Sowore is an indigene of Ondo State in South West Nigeria. He was born on February 16, 1971 in the Niger Delta region of the country where he was also raised. He studied geography and planning at the University of Lagos and holds a master’s degree in public administration from Colombia University. He teaches Modern African History at the City University of New York and Post Colonial African History at the School of Art, New York.

While in the University of Lagos, he was deeply involved in anti – military demonstrations and student unionism which ultimately culminated in his election as the President of the Student Union Government where he served between 1992-1994.
