I tried rooting my infinix hot 4 with sp flashtool but I didn't get an OK flashing prompt. So, I unplugged it and since then my phone has refused to power on or even charge. Please, what do u suggest I do. I have a friend who uses the same phone. Is there anyway to backup his ROM? If there is, how will I revive my phone? Somebody, please help. |

Your phone may aff died Sorry thats infinix for you. Or try to unscrew the phone and unplug/plug the battery. |

Try to get the latest stock rom of the phone and flash with sp flashtool or collect your friend phone and try to back it up using mtkdroid tool(only if the phone is rooted) Note:sp is not use to root phone ooo |
