I invite all aggrieved Nairalanders to come out and share their PVC experiences so far. It has been stories of slow registration by INEC so far as people who have approached INEC registration center have complained bitterly about limited slot registration per center per day. At this rate I am afraid regions that didn't respond swiftly to PVC registration may be shortchanged in the 2019 polls again. |
