Meet Talia My 3 Months Female Caucasian From Tox Kennel (2) (3) (4)
Talia's DIARY by BDDynasty: 4:18am On Apr 25, 2018 |
Finally she is here. I got TALIA from a Vet here in Benin at about 2months and 16days old. Dunno how pure she is but she is a good Caucasian puppy. In the picture below she is now about 3months and 20days... She was kind of a picky eater at first, she refused to eat kibbles and even fish. She only managed noodles and cooked meat. But after her vaccination her appetite grew bigger and now we don't have any problem deciding what to feed because she eats almost anything which includes kibbles, fish, noodles and meat. I guess she really needed that worm pill and other treatments. She is now super active. 1 Like

Before I forget... TALIA is recently nipping(biting) anything she lays her mouth on, including: door, rug, plastic, grass, clothes, her feeding and drinking bowls, even her tail.. She scares everyone because she plays with her bite. She has also be shedding a lot recently, I heard it happens occasionally for her kind of breed. I Love her so much even with all the biting and hyperactivities.... More pictures of TALIA at 3months and 24days... 1 Like

Our Talia is 5months and 3days old now and she has grown superbly. Her appetite? That grew too! She eats how she grows, her shedding reduced and hair colour has changed too, and growing longer. Unfortunately though, because she is changing her old hair, it looks scanty. Her black hairs are revealing now and her paws are also BIGGER! Because she eats more food at a go now, her feeding schedule has been changed to TWICE daily, she eats more human food and a lot of fowl (chicken and turkey). 1 Like |

She's doing well but truth be told, a five months old Cauc should be bigger than this at least 1 Like |

Hello guys... I found out that TALIA has not been eating well that's why she depreciated. She has was down for about a week and had to visit the vet and took treatment for three days. She was running temperature (40•9 degrees), I guess fever. She really scared me with her lazy attitude and her refusal to eat. These days were tough and stressful, because she wasn't eating well and she had to go to the vet's clinic which is kind of far from the Place I stay .. After the treatment, just two days after she is back to her normal self... Now she eats more than usual and plays as she used to... Thanks to God.. I would give her sometime to recover then I will upload her pics preferably when she is 6months+ 1 Like |

Nice to be back here after a while... Talia is doing very well as she clocked 6months. She took her vaccine and her first ANTIRABIES vaccination. Now she is feeling better and eating well. We went on a rigorous walk few days ago that burnt out almost all her energy, when we got home she couldn't stand to drink her water. I guess she would be going for regular long walk. 2 Likes |

IT REALLY FEELS GOOD TO BE BACK! Regardless of the pandemic and current world situation, we hope you are having a good year... Our Talia has been on a rocky journey this year. Thus far, Talia had been on her second heat and we mated her with a big boned Caucasian stud. In the beginning, we started to notice some signs like her changing in size, scratching and digging, loss of energy, increased senses and so much more... On the long run, towards her due date, we let her roam round the house and she found her nesting ground in a bottom drawer inside our wardrobe. She started digging and nesting for a while and then her due date came an went. We kept on waiting but there was no sign of labour coming soon. Moving forward, she started to drop in size and begun to lose appetite, and that was when we began to worry. Days went by, weeks went and even months past and there was no longer any sign of pregnancy... We immediately notified our vet and he told us it could have been that the pregnancy didn't take. THAT WAS A DEVASTATING MOMENT AND PERIOD FOR US... The pictures below show Talia and her mating stud form a tie, they held for about 20mins. Mating period: 19•11•19 - 25•11•19
