I knew that this sequence thing from Senate is dead on Arrival. I remember during OBJ second tenure this issue came up and a judgement was delivered in 2004 though after the 2003 election that NASS has no power to order INEC on election dates and sequence that INEC has that reserve right. This 8th Senate or NASS is full of barking without bite, they have started a new journey to impeach PMB they forgot that its nearly impossible to impeach a president in Nigeria. Infact a Nigerian president can not be impeached for the next coming years until our democracy matures. If not Middle belt killings by Fulani herdsmen is enough for a president to resign or be impeached, the truth of the matter is that we'll be stocked with PMB for anothet 4years because the alternative PDP is also worst such a pity let PMB finish his useless 8years tenure to avoid altercating Southern presidency come 2023 then we say bye to PDP, APC, military rulers and the recycled politician since 1999 and look at for youths like France and Austria did, but youths misapplication of power could be brutal too like we saw during speaker Bankole.

Independent National body, hence no one can dictate on what time and sequence of Election should be be. The law is clear on this.

INEC CAN FIX DATE, BUT NATIONAL ASSEMBLY CAN MAKE LAW ON THE SEQUENCE OF ELECTION.

Buhari is Seriously using all arms of government to subdue NASS this week. he is even used NASS against NASS.

Did you read the judgement at all? The constitution said only INEC has power to determine dates elections will take place. I have said it before, the NASS know they are joking. Before they can determine the order of elections, they have to repeal part of the constitution that empowers INEC to determine dates of elections. So let them do the right thing if they want to determine order of elections

Everyone knows that INEC has the power to fix the date of elections,NASS never tampered with the dates of elections, they changed the sequence of the elections, the Judgement affirmed what we all know.

Manipulating the CJN to remember there's a law biding INEC to decide order of election wasn't triggered to favour the dullard abi? Who sounds lazy now.
