onyinyechika08: Uhm. Anyone who opts to take any of these courses should confirm if they are academic courses or not... I doubt WES will evaluate non-academic courses favourably. I stand to be corrected though |

Taike: Thanks Taike. My study strategy for every exam I write is to understand the purpose of the exam and how it is assessed. For IELTS, interestingly, I only used British Council resources. 1. I took the British Council's free "Understanding IELTS" course on FutureLearn (https://www.futurelearn.com/courses/understanding-ielts). It helped me understand the exam format. 2. The Official IELTS preparation book from British Council. I used this to familiarise myself with the questions and marking scheme for Reading and Writing. 3. I downloaded the IELTS prep app provided by British Council to have a feel of the Listening Test. Basically, instead of practicing many questions, I focused on understanding the exam and how it will marked. My husband only used 2 and 3 to study. He got LRSW 7.5/8.5/8/6.5 20 Likes 13 Shares |

You need your A Levels result or Bsc. If you intend to claim exemption for any of the papers, use your Bsc. However, you will be required to upload your Bsc transcript and pay exemption fee of £37 for each paper. The cost implication is as follows: 1. Initial Registration £32 2. Annual Subscription £55 3. Examination fee for each paper N34, 920 You can refer to http://www.accaglobal.com/africa/en/qualifications/accountancy-career/fees/fees-charges-nigeria.html?countrycode for further clarification. The duration is dependent on you. The exams are Computer based and organised by BC every month in Abuja, Lagos and Portharcourt vickyehi: 2 Likes 3 Shares |

@Fyorgyn, for Nigerian PCC, go to Louis Edet House. It takes 2 working days. For UK PCC, Google acro police. You can send it to a friend's address in UK to avoid courier cost. 2. A "To whom it may concern" letter can be used 3. Proof of Funds - Search the thread for your answer 4. I think passport booklets are currently available in Abuja 6 Likes |

I will get back to you on this. Let's see what we can come up with. But on a first glance, I'm not certain you can go with 1122. I have drawn up JDs for that NOC for several people and yours doesn't quite fit. I really wish you had the liberty to tweak it a bit. Randomsue: |

Amakyzuu: Please how did you get the Reference number that you included? I thought payment must be made before the REFERENCE NUMBER is given. I will be evaluating another degree in addition to my BSC done last year and will prefer this courier delivery for verification. My BSC verification took months and I don’t have such time again. Thanks. 1 Like 2 Shares |

If I work as a civil servant in Lagos State, is that supposed to be "Government" or just "Employment" under personal history? |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by Ethelia(f): 10:12am On Apr 28, 2018 |
jelmusboy: Use Employment. Stating government for anything triggers massive security screening which will make the application hang for months. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Hi guys, Please help me with solution to this: I filled in my ACCA qualification, and now I'm being required to upload PCC for England and I actually wrote my exams in Nigeria, never been to the UK. Please what document should I apply in that placeholder? |

Honestly, filling all these JAMB questions and gathering documents post-ITA is too arduous. Can't wait to submit my application. |

DonTee07:After adding another degree you pay as usual to get your reference number. After they have notified you that they have received your certificate and transcript, you make the request above for verification . 1 Like 1 Share |

sthillz: Gathering the documents is actually easier than answering all those questions. Personal history, travel history, address history for both self and spouse. Then the uncertainty of whether you're providing the correct answer or not... Document no hard na. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Has anyone requested a transcript from Unilag recently? Their website doesn't show the cost of delivery to Canada. I just wanna know if it's still the same N16k that it was 3 years ago. |
