You are required to list everyone be it step-parent, step/half brother or sister.

If not for anything, at least they may need to claim points from you in future.

The below pics are from my own application.... I told pictures should they (my siblings)need more proof of relationship in future.

I mite end up listing over 23 siblings. Naaaa. Let me stick to those mentioned

I'd advise you list all of them, no matter now lengthy. You have to keep in mind that if you do not do so then the siblings whose names are not mentioned might never be able to claim you as their sibling in the future because IRCC would not have them in your records.

I interned in a US organization that processed PR and Citizenship for immigrants and I know that this can cause issues there so just think of how much worse it can be in Canada - a country that is notorious for finding information, no matter how hidden.

Hi House,

I am newbie here, Just heard about this about few weeks ago and I have spent couple of days reading from Part 1,2,3. I have some worries and I would appreciate if experienced people can help out. I have just sent gotten WES ref NO to send my HND and BSc transcripts and I need to make some decisions before going further
Thanks

1. Since they already know about the US refusal circumstances and you weren't banned, that's good. State it clearly in this application. Do not hide anything and be truthful.
2. Your ongoing studies doesn't affect your WES evaluation and it can't be evaluated till you complete it. As long as you're in Germany legally, it's fine, you'd be required to state that when completing your application later.
3. Being out of a job currently doesn't affect the application negatively. Your work experience is sufficient as it is within the last 10years and you can get the required document to show. Your current residence and study will be stated when completing the application.

Certificate- 25k.
Transcript costs N10,000.
They couldn't find my 1st semester 400L result. That took like 2wks to get a copy from dept. Then dispatched to WES using DHL-12,300. It got to WES in 6days.

Hope this helps a bit!

Thank you... I am even more particular about the diploma and it being recognized as 2 degree. As it was used doe direct entry @200l. Meanwhile, was it the school that sent the transcript using DHL or you did that yourself. How long did it take for Wes to complete evaluation and how about verification from wes

Hello guys,
Amen. Big congratulations to you.
Silent reader here.
PPR received yesterday, June 8th. LVO! Timeline below

ITA: 04/10/2017
AOR: 21/12/2017
Medicals Passed: 09/01/2018
NP 2: 11/01/2018
PPR: 08/06//2018

Should be noted that I sent an email to LVO on 27/05/2018 inquiring about the status of my application and they replied about 1 week later stating that my application was awaiting review and they would contact me through my account when ready.

When I saw their response, I had mixed feelings... glad that I was able to confirm that it had been received, but resigned to the fact that I had to wait a while longer since it was awaiting review. It was therefore a pleasant surprise to receive the notification in my account on June 8th.

Thank you all for sharing and this is to encourage everyone waiting for some progress in their application that it will still come through and all our expectations shall be met and surpassed!

Kindly take timeout to read the summary page 0, it has all that need be known as a newbie grin

1) I was denied US visa in Feb 2017. The then so called agent put my marital status as married without telling me though I am single. I was scared so I did not declare my my US refusal in Canada Student Visa application same year so I was refused Canada student visa again on basis of i) lack of travel experience ii) Proof of fund iii) That I didn't declare my US refusal. But I was told in the letter i could reapply if my status has changed and i can respond to issues raised (Not like a ban). Can this affect my express entry application as i intend to apply state my single status which might be different from data with the US embassy
No, this would not affect it as long as you state it when answering the question, I was refused Canny Student visa thrice because of travel experience & POF, yet no problem @all. The Visa Officer has access to these records so its better you position yourself as a straightforward person and answer all the questions truthfully. For the US embassy single, I honestly do not know the way around that, maybe others can weigh in, probably you explain that in your LOE.

2) Left Nigeria same 2017 Aug and currently in Germany for studies that will end 2019 with legal temporary resident permit.. Can this affect my application as i did not include the ongoing studies for WES.
You can only evaluate completed degree and you are advised to evaluate the highest degree to get most points, so no issue @ all.

3) I have 4years banking experience till i left last year and I can get a reference letter covering that period. Will i have to account for activities between last year and now?... Is leaving the job and being out of the country a disadvantage or red flag to the application process. I will also appreciate further enlightenment from any member that has done this application out of home.
If your 4years experience falls within the accepted NOC, its okay, other activities between last year & now can go in Personal history.
Leaving the job isnt an issue, what then happens when one changes for a better job, all that is necessary is that you get reference letter from your past employer, attach your pay stubs, include employment/promotion letter if any... in short, convince the Visa officer beyond reasonable doubt about your stint in the company.
Leaving the country no be problem either, you will be expected to supply Police report for Germany definitely.
I'll advise you read Page 0, all these have been answered previously, it'll lead you to a lot more that is needed to be known.

Thanks

I'm including both Bachelors and Masters because bachelors was over 10 years ago and so can't stay in personal history. I evaluated only masters.

Please some questions for peers and seniors.

How detailed did you go in your personal history? Did you add activities such as choir, church society (catholics will understand this) etc? Especially when it's a proper chorale group and not just a church choir or if you are very involved in the church society and have done a lot of Facebook posts on their activities.

If you owned and operated registered businesses while employed, did you add them?

Also how does one explain two full years of unemployment? Will oyinbo understand that in Nigeria it's common to jobhunt for 2-3 years after NYSC?

Then, are you guys truthful about aliases? When they ask have you ever been known by any other name or alias, is there anyone who has ever put their social media alias (for instance nairaland moniker grin grin grin)

Peace y'all and wishing you a fruitful week ahead.
