Hi, we submitted in person in Lagos because one of us had to be in Lagos at the time. You can however authorise any person, including dhl I believe, to submit on your behalf. It's in VFS' consent form which you will execute and forward along with your passport(s).

However, for pick up, it must either be in person or through vfs courier.

About passport submission, can a sibling submit my passport at vfs? I'll pick up myself after stamping. Who have done this?

Yes, your sibling can help with the submission, just put everything in an envelope.Also, you should intimate him/her to go with change( very important) and his/her passport(without it,they wont let him/her in) do extra photocopies too just in case.

I am happy I got PPR but also sad.
For the sake of my daughter and not having her stigmatized (A few people know me well here), I won't be posting my specific date AOR.

AOR to PPR: 9 months (London I hail).
IP2 was Feb 27th.
PPR: July 6th, 2018.
