Some of the aggrieved corpers said the ban was enforced by the Camp Commandant and Coordinator.

YES @Op, it is ideal.
whatever that can impare normal reasoning (alcohol, hard drugs/substance) should be banned. It is a camp, not a place to live a carefree life.
