good day.please advise me on what to use. my nose is always blocked at night that i cant breathe well. and i will need to keep scratching my nose so that some air can go in. please what can i use to stop this

You could be suffering from allergies from grass, flowers, plants  its called hay fever and your nose buds naturally closed up to prevent the microscopic particles from the plants reaching the respiratory tracts, this makes breathing extremly difficult if not imposible. its naturs own way of protecting it self hehe  .

Try and do an allergy test at your ear troat nose & doctor and if you are allergic to certain plants, then certain tablets will help ease the discomfort.  million of nigerians sufer from this but they dont really know what is wrong with them, some think they have permanent cartar  and the sneezing, itching, and scratching feeling in the nose can make you want to jump out of your skin or even climb a wall  this symtons are usually noticed from april to september when plants grow and blosom

you could have a deviated septum

^^^ i hope not. cos if it's a deviated septum, then surgery is the best solution if not only. bukydiamon , have you tried inhalers or inhaling steam + balm. that ought to clear it.

i have tried inhaler before. its still the same.
