Went to study medicine and ended up in psychology. Fooled himself in America and came back and died like a pauper. He is very unambitious.
Ambition isn't static, it changes as you grow in life.

He eventually touched lives and made impact more rather than end up being a medical doctor

Very sad ending....many of those that traveled those period came back because they felt Nigeria would be better. He’s one of those that couldn’t strive through it. Very sad one, a good reason no one wants to come back home.

Just the same way it will happen to your father! Toooo many kids have littered this site.

It is evident that you are the type that gives his father a chokehold and slap at any slightest provocation hence having no qualms about calling out other peoples' father. That's if you haven't even killed him yet.

That's not the first thing the current ajala said oh.
1 he divided Nigeria in 5% and 90% something that doesn't even add up.

How will it add up when the idiot does not even know simple arithmetic

If you said he touched lives by travelling, then imagine if he has studied medicine he would be travelling and giving free medical treatment. I don't think he impacted anybodys life by travelling even his children abandoned him in his dying days.

Meeting with people from different part of the World and telling them about your continent, traditon, culture and ways of life is life touching. The cure of the mindset is better than that of the body.

His children abandoning him had nothing to do with the path he chose.

Yekini was abandoned

Taiwo akinkunmi was abandoned

Benedict Odiase was abandoned etc

These were just unsong heroes

Is that why he chose the bookkeeper as finance minister who cannot add up two numbers together?
They have doubled our loans in three years with no project to show while shouting that they are fighting corruption!
The dullard must be more comfortable around dullards like himself. That way, he doesn’t risk anyone outshining his dullard self.
Buhari is a monumental error of gargantuan proportions that must be corrected in 2019!

I think I got what you are saying sha but my question to you is how did he actually help himself and people around him? Don't tell me he was preaching about our culture to foreigners.

Wow, enlightening.
So this man was still alive in 1999? That's not too long ago.
I used to think he was one of our African tales by moonlight until a few years ago, but to find out he died not too long ago is 'a wow'.

Could the bicycle he rode be a contributory factor to his paralysis at old age? undecidedJust asking. To me engaging his legs through riding that long might have something to do with it. embarassed

What do I know self lipsrsealed

I am not a Buhari fan but I need to correct this misconception. The 97 and 5 percent were not meant to add up to 100. The statement is that some people gave him 97 % of their vote while others gave him 5% of their vote. Which is exactly what happened. Only 5% of people in the south east voted Buhari while 97% of North West voted Buhari.

the 70s was a wonderful decade, it was unique everything was possible look at the music, films cultures and subcultures, there will never be a decade like the 70s again, it was characterizef by originality and uniqueness, if you wanted to stand out on your own you could do that, unlike now all we have are glamorized copy cats with inferior output.

our greatest talents as a nation came out in that decade.
