Which occupation do you want to nominate? I want to believe it’s Marketing specialist since you mentioned organisational chart.
Be sure you are into marketing research and not a salesperson before you assess with Vetassess.
For organisational chart, request for it via email from your organisations and use that email response as evidence to prepare a statutory declaration and design your own organogram.

Thank you very much for your response.
My occupation is more like an assistant brand manager but with another title . Is there a reason you asked me to be sure before assessing with vetasses??
Please can you help me understand better??

Thanks for the advice.i only felt I could have included my resume but no problem.im highly hopeful..pls can there be nomination by July 2023? For 190
lol...i wish I know too.
There are a few nominations left for the rest of the year.
For 190 for ACS occupations, you will need a high score like 80-105 points. it may be easier with 491.
Also there is usually not nominations in early July until the end of the month/early August due to the new financial year. Most states wait for allocation and then revew with their needs before coming up with the requirements for the new year.

Hello house,

if i fill EOI for the 8 different states and one sends an invite to apply for example. is it safe or advisable to withdraw other EOI's or i can apply for different states at the same time to see the first one that gets successful up to the grant level before withdrawing my EOI with the other states?

Awaits your reliable reply.

If your occupation is eligible for 189, 190 and 491 and you got a 491 invitation, you may want to leave the EOIs just in case you get a better visa subclass (189/190)
If you received invitation for 189 or 190, please withdraw all your EOIs and give room to move a step closer to their own invitation too.
Yes, you can apply to all the states if you meet their requirement and wait for which of them gives you the better subclass or faster nomination.

Good evening gurus!
Please I need your thoughts base on the profile below:

Age: 39
Marital status: married
M.Sc. (Polymer Science and Engineering) 2016
B.Eng. (Polymer and Textile Engineering) 2011.

Experience: No professional experience. Been teaching in a secondary school since 2018.

Have gone through the job list for visa 491, and the secondary school teacher job description aligns with my 5 year teaching experience.
But according to ANZSCO, licensing / registration with relevant professional bodies is required, which I don't have.

My question:
will my years of teaching experience cater for the required professional license?
Will I get a positive assessment?
Any better way of actualizing my desire of travelling to Australia?

Your response is highly appreciated. Thanks.

you need a minimum degree in Education (BSc Ed. or B.Ed (sci) or BA. Ed etc) as long as it's in Education.

You may assess as an Engineer with EA (just CDR assessment) but you cannot claim employment points.

JTLawson:
Please I am interested in subclass 491

My current point
Age (33) - 25 points
Degree (BSc) - 15 points
I am single - 10 points but I intend marrying and i heard this will affect my score
English (Competent level) - I was given zero for competent level.
I studied Petroleum Engineering (5yrs) but ever since I have been teaching in a school. Since I can't claim points working in the area of my choosing occupation I selected less than 3yrs experience which gave me zero.

The occupation I am going for is Petroleum Engineer and I intend to pursue Western Australia nomination which do that same occupation. It also does not require me to have any relevant working experience for that occupation.

Any advise on how I can boast my points?

Thanks
Pls give me the link to check my eligibility score. Thanks

tunlex01:

Get 20 points in English by writing pte and budget to write multiple times. Also give 190 or 491 a chance.
It’s up to you if you want to get married but don’t make mistake of getting married or have a live-in partner and claim single. The 10 points for single is also not applicable if you are not officially married but live together. So no traditional, court or church marriages and no live-in. Cos if they discover, you will lose on all sides.
Your other option is get married and claim 5 points from your spouse by writing English test or remain single till you land in Australia
What if someone is separated and in the process of filing for divorce?

Hi Gurus

Please I have a question about expired skills assessment which I would appreciate your insights on.

My skills assessment expired a day after I lodged my 190 visa application, do I need to get a new skills assessment or is the old one still good to use since it technically expired after visa application?

For skills assessment I know people are advised to get a new one if theirs expires before they lodge the visa application, but mine expired AFTER lodging and application fees payed.

Please has any one been in similar situations? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
