The Church is not an institution to provide you jobs and works. It's the government's responsibility. Truth is bitter. Hold those you cast your vote for accountable. And still yet, the Church have provided Nigerians jobs to some extent (if you like, call it their church members). At least, such persons aren't on the government's payroll, but on the Church, relieving the government of the burden. May I even ask, what minutest job have the opposite Religion(s) provided for the Nigerians?

Deeper Life of recent made contributions towards community development and improvement of the quality of life of the people in Lagos State. Projects commissioned by the Governor included a 1) link Bridge on Oduwaiye Street, Gbagada, 2) traffic lights on a number of streets and 3) a 700 capacity multilevel car park, all built from the contributions of members of the church across the country. He said the projects executed by the Church were in line with his government’s drive towards the rebuilding and renewal of Lagos City and called on other religious organizations and private sector institutions to emulate the gesture as a means of expediting the revamp of infrastructure in all parts of the state.

The media seems silence of this, few reported it in low key level, but as soon as the church unveiled its newly international headquarters church (which have lasted over a decade) it became the issue of the day. I heard some folks say, why not give the money to beggars and the less privileged, as if the worshippers in the church are allergic to conducive environment. Sycophants! Haters! God is building His Church.
