Assuming most Northern youths are uneducated (I have no idea where he got his conclusion from), in his nearly 2 years as military head of State, how many schools did he build in the North? Wouldn't educating people 35 years ago have led to more educated parents likely to have educated teenagers and youth of today? Since 2015 nko? How many schools has he built there?
