I love your chronological analysis of events. I just hope you are unbiased. Point number 6. He was declared wanted. When is the police declare someone wanted. I am of the opinion it is when the person is nowhere to be found? When his whereabouts is unknown? In Dino's case, he never went into hiding. He has a well known house and address. He was constantly in the national Assembly. So, how come he was declared wanted? Point number 7: His accusers espaced from police custody. Doesn't that sound funny and laughable. State commands are well fortified and entry alone is not as easy as it sounds. Not to talk of escaping. I am sure you can reason that out. Read point 8 again. Police don't seem it fit to counter him else he would need to prove that the police clinic don't have the capacity to treat his none existing ailment. I think the police are comfortable with the arrangement.
