And yet another foolish tradition in the 21st century. How can an aspiring global city have such stewpid law? There is nothing wrong with observing tradition, but foolish and totally archaic traditions ought to be abolished.

Of what importance is it to her inhabitants?

what a barbaric tradition

i wonder why and the use of all these tissue paper obas emirs and igwes when they're installed given staff of office by the government
the same government can squash the so called traditional rulers
what's the needs when the government has the final say and if you ask them they'll say they're monarchs cheesy
wtf! do they know what monarch is all about?
all these mushroom traditional rulers should be ashamed of themselves
