Phyno's playmaker was nominated for album of the year, yet it lost to El hadj by reminisce in the best Rap album category (The rap album category is not a voting category, the judges picked by themselves!!) So if El hadj by reminisce was the best rap album, how then was Playmaker(Another rap album) nominated for overall best album and El hadj wasn't?

That's why Nigerian awards will continue to remain mediocre, they simply can't apply their common sense to anything they do. Tell me how anyone is supposed to take these awards serious anymore

What a mediocre award I can count flaws in some award categories. Some categories did not deserve the win. Least i forget some people don't know what good music is voting is based on their favourite artiste rather than those who truly deserve the awards.
