NORMAL is a community of carefully selected men and women, super talented, genius, creative, smart and great minds like you - who's gifts and purpose are only solving problems and providing solutions in Nigeria through various personal and collaborative activities in different fields of life.

We want to share a success story of another member of our exclusive and prestigious Angles Business Club (ABC) for alumni of NORMAL coaching classes.‎ This story will change your thinking and possibly make you become influential at the end and we hope you learn from it and take action.

Jennifer attended one of our NORMAL coaching classes to discover her gift and purpose so she can become a 'Person of Value' to her family, friends and society which she took seriously by further joining our purpose road map program for 3 months.

During her program with us, we discovered she loves children and teaching but she has no teaching qualifications or experiences. Also, she has no child or group of children where she lives. Infact, her purpose in life is to give education to poor children. So the question is how do we know she loves children, teaching and her life purpose? Well, that is what we do (helping you to discover your gifts and transforming your purpose into wealth) at our NORMAL coaching classes but I won't bore you with the process for now. For the benefit of doubt, at the end of the 3 month program we asked her to look for a good school she wish to teach in and request for an internship for 6 to 1 year if possible without been payed which we gave her a recommendation letter to whomever it may concern and she got one primary school that accepted despite she has no educational qualifications but she was under supervision of other teachers. However, something surprising happened to Jennifer and this is where we want you to pay close attention especially those who carry their CV up and down looking for jobs that are available but can't work in any.

1. She got accepted because the school administrator though they could use her as much as they can and dump her since she is not been paid as an intern.

2. The qualified teachers, were also happy to use her as much as they want and she learnt everything possible from them too. After a while teachers ask her to go and teach the children when they are not available or tired which she gladly did with a better teaching strategy.

3. After 3 months, a teacher left the school and they thought it wise not to employ another class teacher for now since Jennifer has gotten some teaching experience with them and the school admin gave her the vacant class yet as an intern.

4. Her love for children and passion for teaching grew and her dedication was noticed by the school admin. She created a strong relationship with both the students and their parents. The amazing thing was that children from her class where academically performing well than their peers in other classes. This was further confirmed by the children's parents during PTA meeting and she was given an award of excellence‎ and best teacher award by the school (this was in her 6th month).

5. After her 8th month, she was officially employed, promoted to become head teacher of the school and was asked to help other teachers to become better at what they do but unfortunately that was when her intership ends with the school and she wants to leave for another school since she now has an employment letter, working experience, awards, parents recommendations and has started a part-time course on education.

6. The school admin had an emergency meeting because no teacher was able to match her standard and the after effect will tell on the student which may force the parent to withdraw their children from the school to where Jennifer will teach next or to a better school.‎ The school decided to pay her for all her time during the 8 month and thrippled her salary so she could stay which she accepted and all went well.

7. Today, Jennifer now owns her own group of schools all over Nigeria. She is now an employer of labour and she keeps adding value to children. She also runs an NGO that helps poor children to go to school, funding came from both local and international donours and she now speaks at teachers conferences and seminars in Nigeria. She did in 4 years what it takes 7 years to acheive.

8. Finally, in her words "I now love and enjoy what i do and I will never forget my humble beginning with NORMAL. May God continue to bless their wisdom"

8. This was as a result of love for children and passion for teaching and not motivated by money or lack of job. Most importantly, our advice, guidance, business strategies, structures and processes we built around her gift and purpose helped her a lot. She gave her true self, she enjoyed it and it paid off which we call Distruptive Employment. We don't teach you Hard work but Smart work.

Jennifer has the gift of teaching which she mixed with her love for children and it metamorphosed into positive life style that brought her before great men and open doors of opportunities around her. However, her purpose was to give education to the poor and she archieved it too. As at today, those teachers she meet on her purpose journey are still teaching in the same school after 4 years while she has gone to stardom. The difference is that, those teachers worked for money while Jennifer worked for value.

Many people don't know what their gift and purpose are in life in order to add value in the society - so they become confused, frustrated, depressed and angry when things don't go well for them - even the possibility of suicide may be attempted. Also they blame their parents and society for their problems, failures or setbacks and looking up to the government for solutions which may never come.

However,  they try to work so hard to earn a living in whatever they do but are not living a happy and fulfilled life and they don't even enjoy the job they do.
