If People were charged with felony. Then you need to look up for what you have to do before you are charged with felony. They were not charged just for protesting against a sitting president as we see in Russia. If you hi jack a protest and you start physically attacking people that don’t share your view or destroying public property or resorting to looting in the course of your protest, that’s committing felony. So not because they were protesting. People protest everyday. I mean everyday in the US. From one man protest holding a placard while standing at major road junctions showing his placard to motorists passing by to crowd gathering on the streets protesting so far the don’t resort to violence. There is no perfection anywhere in the world. My point is Russia needs to step up in terms of assuring and protecting its citizens' human rights and media free speech without fear of arrest by putin.

Then Gorby arrived in his ZIL 41047 with his KGB bodyguards walking beside the limo. Gorby left the meeting point first and then Reagan left (his Secret Service guards were running beside the limo).

Unfortunately the footage of the Reykjavik Summit that I found on YouTube does not have a clear shot of the moment when both leaders left the meeting point (it looks like the cameraman was hiding from the Secret Service and KGB), so I am first going to post a video of their series of meetings in Geneva in 1985. You can clearly see the limousines in that video
