Salary:You will be entitled to a monthly starting remuneration of 9,000((euros)you shall receive your monthly salary payment before 31st of every month.

Confirmation:
Regular performance review wll be conducted to assess your performance and suitability with your continued employment at DUNCASON OIL&GAS CONSTRUCTION OIL AND GAS ENGINEERING COMPANY Europe is dependent on your successful completion of the probationary period,your salary will be reviewed after a period of 6 months and thereafter every 12 months,you will be entitled to all allowances and benefits whatsoever decided by the management
and absence for a continuous period of ten days without prior approval of your superior,(including overstay on leave/training) would result in your losing your lien on the service and the same shall automatically come to an end without any notice or intimation.


Travel Expenses:
You will be reimbursed for expenses which you will incure in the course of coming to Europe,for those traveling from outside Europe as we shall give you traveling expenses claim form,
which should be completed and returned with the original receipts to Personnel Manager.

TERMINATION:
Upon confirmation,this appointment can be terminated by either party by giving two weeks notice in writing or payment in lieu of such notice during the first year or one month notice or payment in lieu of such notice after one year.
In case of gross misconduct on the part of the employee the Appointment shall be terminated without notice or payment in lieu thereof,this Appointment is subject to your complying with the company's Rules and Regulations.

COMPANY'S ABIDING POLICIES.
1.You will not(except in the normal course of the Company's business)publish any article or statement,deliver any lecture or broadcast or make any communication to the press,including magazine publication relating to the Company's products or to any matter with which the Company may be concerned,unless you have previously applied to and obtained the written permission from the Company.

2.You will be required to maintain utmost secrecy in respect of Project documents,commercial offer,design documents,Project cost & Estimation,Technology,Software packages license,Company’s polices,Company’s patterns & Trade Mark and Company’s Human assets profile.

3.You will be required to comply with all such rules and regulations as the Company may frame from time to time.

4.Any of our technical or other important information which might come into your possession during the continuance of your service with us shall not be disclosed,divulged or made public by you even thereafter.

5. If at any time in our opinion,which is final in this matter you are found non- performer or guilty of fraud, dishonest, disobedience,
disorderly behavior,negligence,indiscipline,absence from duty without permission or any other conduct considered by us deterrent to our interest or of violation of one or more terms of this letter,your services may be terminated without notice and on account of reason of any of the acts or omission the company shall be entitled to recover the damages from you.

6.Working Schedule:
•Working Days & time:Monday to Friday:9:00am-4:00pm(GMT)with break period of 2hours only,beginning from 12.00noon to 2.00pm

•Employee's shall also be entitled to over-time allowance if their work time exceeds the official stipulated hours.Salary shall be liable to increments with time and employee's official promotions and position in service.

•Saturday & Sunday:Off Day

•Shift Time:Morning and Night

•Contract Period:2 Years contract and it can be extended if you wish to remain with our company

We are offering you 3 month vacation interval yearly and during this period you have the chance to visit your love ones and family.The company will take care of your vacation flight ticket (Return Ticket to and Fro).

A company that can afford to pay €9,000 should be able to hire a Human Resources Manager who can write good English, even if it's a country that doesn't speak English.
