THE PROBLEM OF BECOMING A DEVELOPER
Do not Read the Next Few Lines If you not within Anambra State

Picture this scenario: you want to become a software developer, but when you go online to Udacity, Udemy and lynda.com to learn programming you find out that there is a huge sum of money you are supposed to pay to register for the class (it happens all the time), you end up being frustrated and you dump the idea.

Again, some of your friends would advise you to go to Google (YouTube) and watch video tutorials posted by people, and that there is no better place to learn programming than the Internet; you finally decide to search for tutorials, but the thing is while watching the tutorials some of the commands you get may not work because the tutorial is probably 1 to 2 years old. Some other times, when you ask questions on what you don’t understand, you may not get a (quick) reply - this can get really frustrating!

Anyway Tribe Nigeria is offering a 10 Month Talent Accelerator Program to train rookies to intermediates, and then advanced developers (I thought you might want to know). The awesome part is that, you are not required to have any knowledge about programming, although you should own a Laptop (If you can borrow one, it’s cool with us, because we will be having a lot of practicals and labs), but you must be ready to attend all classes.

During the training all our participants will have complete access to our mentors/coaches (even after the training). Our focus will be on PHP, Python and JavaScript. Our approach is completely tasked based (You know what they say, “Practice makes Perfect”)

So what are the benefits of joining our accelerator?
1. Get world-class training at an outrageously affordable rate.
2. Get Employed by the best Tech startups.
3. Learn other soft skills that would make you an all round software developer, example is creating a persona!
4. Become an intern with Tribe Nigeria and/or partners (Slatecube, Progxap, Start Innovation Hub, and LearnFactory)
5. Get access to remote jobs to help boost your portfolio and make some money.
6. Get a certificate of participation, and a badge of honour for outstanding participants.
7. Become a Tribe Nigeria Alumni and gain access to inner circle opportunities.
8. Swags are available (T-shirts, wrist bands etc.) during the training.
9. Continuous Mentorship.
And many more...

To learn more about us and get up-to-date info about our activities, like us / follow us on Facebook (@tribenigeria), Twitter (@tribengn), and LinkedIn profiles(Tribe Nigeria).

So what will the accelerator cost you? Well I’d say quite free! The worth of the training is about NGN 400,000, but we are offering it at an incredibly affordable rate of ₦50,000.
