I’m hoping someone can help me..

I’ve been in Nigeria (Ibadan) for 3 1/2 months now and really struggling to find places where I can eat foods I enjoy. Most days I am mostly having just one meal as there is only a handful of places that I can find food that is not African.

I am from England and most foods are too spicy for me even when I ask for something not to be and makes me bad. I find myself eating KFC, Pizza or noodles or fruits/Veg etc most days.

When I visit Lagos there is slightly more options for me but still struggling here In Ibadan.

Is there any restaurant suggestions that cater for continental dishes? I find some hotels have better options for me but obviously more expensive Preferably in the area or not too far away for ideas please.

Since you've been around all this while without any headway in the food dept, why not just start cooking your own food? If you eventually find a good spot, it will still be expensive. Issue resolved.

I’ve tried to find foods in Shoprite to make myself but not much luck there either and moreso due to the lack of cooking equipment where I’m staying.
