The all-inclusive leadership style of the Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, is once more brought to bear with the empowerment of the Okolie sisters at Ibusa in Oshimili North LGA through the Skills Training and Entrepreneurship Programme (STEP).

On behalf of the state government, the Coordinator-STEP, Mr Onyeisi Nkenchor presents starter packs to Chinedu and Amana Okolie (Persons with Disabilities, PwDs) to own and run their enterprises in Fashion Design and Hairdressing & Makeover respectively.
