Why are lecturers in this country very heartless, they fail students as if they are been paid. You buy materials, pay for whatever they ask you to pay but still they distribute low grades and at the end of the day, they say the students are not serious.
I was shocked when I saw a matric no of 2011 on a result sheet carrying over the same course, even 2012 was there.
