Position: Documentation Officer

Requirements:

Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge in good documentation practice particularly in pharmaceutical production.

Years of exp: 1 year and above in a Pharmaceutical Company

Responsibilities:

• Assists in the supervision and documentation of operations in the primary and secondary Packaging areas.

• Ensures accurate and prompt filling of the Batch Production Records from dispensing to final packaging stages of operations.

• Ensures that the Finished Goods Transfer Notes are duly and promptly signed by the designated personnel and attached to the Batch Production Records.

• Ensures that the Batch Production Records are submitted to the Quality Assurance documentation as soon as a batch is completed.

• Assists in the compilation of the daily packaging reports to the production and other relevant departments.

• Ensures prompt submission of BMRs as soon as a batch is completed.

• Ensures prompt and accurate reporting of daily packaging output and Work In Progress (WIP) in the stock movement report.

• Ensures proper records of rejects generated during primary and secondary packaging operations.
