We are looking to hire the service of a smart office assistant for a marketing communications agency in Lagos.

Summary:
The office assistant will provide administrative, secretarial and clerical support to help maintain an efficient work environment.

Job Duties
• Maintain office operations by receiving and distributing communications.
• Provide support to members of staff in their task as requested
• Maintain supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels
• Any other administrative and clerical duties assigned from time to time.
• Maintain office equipment by completing preventive maintenance/call for repairs.

Education and Experience:
S.S.C.E
Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
Great communication skills
Minimum work experience of one year
