The Ekiti State Civil Servants are far living below the bar of poverty sequel to being owed their monthly salaries and entitlements by the government of Ayo Fayose.

Many civil servants and pensioners are being owed salaries ranging from 6-9 months. When the state governor was asked in his monthly GOVERNOR EXPLAINS program, he said his incumbent deputy, Prof Olushola Eleka who emerged as the PDP guber-candidate in the PDP primary elcetion will pay when he assumes office as the State governor come October 2018. This simply means Fayose has plunged the State into poverty and debts to be incurred by incoming administration.
