Before you wrongly conclude on your assertion that police are doing something fishy I can tell you authoritatively that does criminals were transfer to Abuja to prevent interference in the case. Let it be known to you that most of those arrested are children of influential people in Ilorin hence their will definitely be people that would want to put hands in the case. One of the allegedly murdered victim was a notorious cultist and was convicted for murder but later release as a result of influence of people like the fellow shouting now. It's a well know fact in Ilorin that Bayo Ajia was one of the men doing the hatchet job for this fellow in question. So forget the sentiment. We all may hate IGP but on this one our brother is telling lies.

We should be temperate in passing judgements on our security agencies especially when investigation of crime is involved.

We all complain about lack of security in the country and we all, justifiably, blame it on the inefficiency of the security operatives as well as our poor security architecture. However, we the citizens of this same country are always quick to preempt and infact prejudice the course of actions of the security operatives whenever they have run ins with some big wigs in the country.

In the interest of our country and our collective security we should always allow the investigators to exhaust their leads and go through prosecutorial processes. Thank God, the investigator has to prove his case beyond reasonable doubt in a law court to achieve conviction.

Remember, how Farouk Lawan cried to high heaven about being blackmailed only for us to see a CCTV footage of how he stuffed dollars in his cap.
