An apparently angry Senate President, Bukola Sraraki today took to twitter to air his anger following another reported abduction of yet another set of innocent citizens of the country on an high way.

In his words:

Another 87 people abducted off our nation’s highways. We cannot continue like this! We have once again requested the presence of the IGP, together with the SSS and the Army to explain to us, your representatives, why this continues to happen.

This sparked different views from Nigerians on twitter as they also took the opportunity to make public their own ideas.

Saraki is no saint either but let's be realistic he's only talking for our safety because left to buharia he doesn't give a damn......Come to think of if one of your family members will you be sounding this way the families of the victims reading what saraki just wrote will give them some relief....

There's no government in this country 'cause it seems we're in a State of anarchy where certain public figures like the IG are above the law. America that practices Federalism like us can't have the senate invite even the director of FBI and he'd turn down the invitation on any grounds.

Shamefully, if the IG disobeyed even the president's orders and nothing was done about it then I wonder why he won't do same to the senate?
