I think twitter is actively deleting accounts that are impersonating popular brand or people but as with trolls, they will keep creating this accounts to cause confusions. They may cause damages here and there before they get kicked out.

Musk was born into a wealthy white South African diamond mine owning family so don't have it at the back of your mind that he was some poor disenfranchised African immigrant. As of a year ago, I used to consider Elon Musk as a genius, but with his stupid twitter debacle, I realize that he was just extremely lucky and not very smart. Definitely not in the mould of Steve Jobs, Bill Gates or even Richard Branson.
