MentalCase98: Nah, I'd rather believe the bank account info you posted thinking people couldn't see through your attempts to block it out. You should feel blessed I hid your last name (though one could find it on this site), so people in real life won't know how much of a loser you are. lol

ijebosb: There. Just like I said. Another symptom of being a demented hack. You only see what you want to see. I could post my entire travel and account documents with my full name and you will say it was photoshopped. There is no winning with an infant like you. You genuinely argue like a child. Just like you said I have never been on a plane then linked me to the profile of someone who obviously has been out of Nigeria. Your head is a bastion of confusion just like your massa Biden. |

ijebosb: You are obviously not stubborn. The heading for what I posted clearly states Required Documents for Employment Immigration. And while I don't know what visa he applied for, I would not be surprised if some employers and some jobs in the US require a Police Check.

ijebosb: Feel free to reveal it please. Fool. If you knew my last name you will know the weight it carries in Nigeria over your wretched Ipob name 😂😂 |

England is painful to watch this time around. |

budaatum: I'm not. Can admit and let go when I'm wrong. But let's do this again. 'Employment immigration' refers to PERMANENT Workers. Much harder type of visa to get. Bemeruca would have applied as a non-permanent or Temporary worker. For the third time, you are looking under the wrong section. A company may require it, but that's not what he said in his post. Bemeruca did not apply for a US visa. He is not in the US. Period. It may be absolutely mind blowing to you that you can't believe it that someone would commit to a lie like that. But he has. He's obviously lying because he doesn't know enough about the US or US immigration because he hasn't done it.

ijebosb: And my query to him did not involve anything you are arguing here, since its not my intention or interest to argue if he is in USA or not. He said he had to get a police check from Scotland Yard, which we've determined is incorrect, and which he has accepted. That does not however mean he did not need a police check for his supposed job in the USA. Its a common error even amongst us who live here to think Scotland Yard means the entire British Police. As far as I am concerned, if a police check is required for a visa to travel to the USA for 90 days or less, I'd be surprised if one were not required for employment in USA for longer than that. And even if its not, as you say, "A company may require it". Now, if you are not satisfied with what he said, I suggest you take it up with him. |

budaatum: Where did you get "a police check is required for a visa to travel to the USA for 90 days or less" from? |
Re: American Politics Thread - 2024 Elections — Biden’s Presidency! by budaatum: 6:31pm |
ijebosb: https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visa-faqs/visa-processing-and-documents/ And before you claim its only required for UK residents, I'd be surprised if its not required for those from more lawless Nigeria.

budaatum: Where is the part that says 90 days or less? So, you don't understand what you are reading and you are so consumed with being right, you can't even accept that possibility that you don't understand what you are reading. For the 4th time, the section you reading from is for "Immigrant Visas". Immigrants are people moving to the US permanently. Let me say it again. You are quoting the wrong section. And you are quoting the wrong Embassy. I have told you 4 times you have the wrong section. I have showed you how to get to the right section. And you are still quoting the wrong section. Again, click on the link that says Nonimmigrant Visas. That is the right section. I'm not sure how clearer I can make this for you. https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/ I hope you are doing this purposefully in order to be right, the other option is somewhat terrifying.
