The Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki, on Wednesday said the implementation of 2018 Ownership Bill passed by the senate should begin immediately.
He said the introduction of the budget will enable Nigerians to "benefit from the objective of the budget and opportunities it opens."
Speaking on the floor of the Upper Legislative Chamber, Saraki urged agencies of government to induce unnecessary bureaucracy and speed up the procurement process.
