Your degree is a tertiary certificate and possessing certification in HR, HSE, ICAN, CIPM, IPMA is professional certificates. There is no request for NYSC certificate, however adding your NYSC certificate doesn't mean your application is disqualified.

If I get you right, you want to apply for the Msc category and your NOR will be out in 2months.

I'd advise you apply, since in your registration process they won't ask you to upload it. And before the screening time (which am sure will fall in within that time you mentioned or beyond self) then you can tender it
