I refrained from writing on the recent spate of killings across Britain in recent times but had to change position when i noticed a new trend in these killings-the involvement of Nigerians in some of these dastardly acts whether as victims or perpetrators. The gun and knife culture in the UK dates back to the late 60's early 70's with the advent of the skinheads right up to the 80's. By now the Jamaican drug gangs had started resorting to guns(though on a limited scale) and knives to settle their drug wars. By the end of the 90's and early 2000, it was now a norm on Britain's streets to hear of gun related murders. Recently Nigerians have been involved as Victims and even in some cases as Perpetrators. Now almost daily, you hear of one murder or another on Britain's streets and its the age of those involved that shocks one. 15 year olds settling scores with guns and Knives. Young Girls urging young boys to go ahead and "kill him". Children being killed outside school gates. I was just speaking to one of my sources who confirmed that young girls as young as 13 are carrying guns and hiding them (without the knowledge of their parents) on behalf of their gangland criminal boyfriends. Many have blamed the British Judicial system that allows underage criminals to get away with murder literally just because they are too young to be prosecuted or even arrested. I am worried about the future of our young ones. Where would all these end? Its no longer just about them, Its about us too. As young and impressionable Nigerian kids living in Britain are now joining in with some ending as victims. Has the end predicted by the good book come so soon? |

Have a go at me but in my opinion, I think all these problems stem from unprotected sex. |
