I was using the device up till the time the battery drain completely. After charging, it refuse to boot windows only got stuck at logo. Later it will go off only when the battery drain and now its not coming up atall.. I took it for repairs but it seems they have no idea of what to troubleshoot. Please what can I do... I have too many informations on the 'NOTE app' I mean all my passwords.. |

MicroBox: Probably you had low memory on your tab. Just forget about restoring any data. Just go and flash it. |

giftedben:You're very correct, i took it for flashing but its not responding so flashing cannot be achieve. |
