What infrastructure did infrastructure build Abeg? During Abacha’s time all workers where seriously under paid, was strike here and there, fuel scarcity. oBJ came in and increased pay by over 100%. Abacha did absolutely nothing other than loot. He looted the whole country. He was a dictator and only those close to the military felt the impact of what ever good cake out of that government. We are where we are today because of the likes of abatcha
