2. No. There are several parking companies however parking is no longer lucrative compared to buying and reselling.

3. It mostly depends on how the buyer need the domain or how fast the buyer needs the money.

I mainly use expireddomains.net. There are many inbuilt tools and statistics over there. You simply need to learn how to use them to get the best results while hunting.

(1) when doing the outbounding, am i using the email (contact us) on the enduser websites.
(2) All this your domains that you sold ( affordableimpactwindows.com, torontofireplace.com, londoncryptoexchange.com) does it comes with high traffics, high cpc , high PA,DA.
(3) For the above domains, were they fresh domains (i.e forming of words to produced domain) or expired domains .
