Handling all financial aspect of the company Outlets
Account and transaction reconciliation
Attend to issues related to FIRS
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly Bank reconciliation of all our Bank accounts promptly.
Reporting inflows and outflows funds to MD daily, weekly and monthly
Monitoring suppliers invoices for prompt payment
Prepare budget control for purchases and sales (turnover) on weekly and monthly basis
Preparing outlets Monthly Comprehensive Accounts
Monitoring weekly actual sales with budget to draw up performance report
Ensure timely payment of PAYE, VAT and others statutory payments.
Checking the accuracy of daily lodgement on internet Banking.
Reporting negative and/or positive sales variance against budgeted
Checking the accuracy of daily lodgement on internet Banking.
Daily Auditing/checking of sales and production records
Audit/reconcile weekly purchasing-goods supplied with approved market list
Monthly Asset verification

Qualification

HND /B.Sc in Accounting or Banking and Finance
A minimum of 5 years experience .
Must have Practical industry experience.
Must be of good character and integrity

Skills & Competencies:

Have a good understanding of the dynamics of investments and and securities.
Must be analytical to study financial data and identify investment opportunities.
Ability to adapt to fast changing situations.
Be able to work with as part and lead a team.
Have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with brokers, banks, investment houses and regulators.

Responsibilities

Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner
Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations
Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed
Balancing cash receipts
Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories
Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment
Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
Placing orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies
Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks
Planning bar menus
Complying with all food and beverage regulations.


Qualifications

5 - 6 years work experience in a reputable hotel.
