Nigeria is the worst place to be politically correct, until politics becomes a sacrifice rather than 'a game', the masses might continue paying heavily for it. We might be unable to stand the outcome of these killings soon.

Just imagine how innocent people (Fulani muslims) we're slaughtered in cold blood.
Of course, the media will play this the same way they ve alws played it when muslims re killed. The impact of this savage slaughter will be downplayed by our very biased media while our Christian hypocrites will blame PMB as usual
You people only care about yourselves. Instead of solving the problem you start accusing others, you accuse the media, you accuse Christians, Southerners, Igbos etc. Do you think everybody like seeing people of their tribe or religion being killed? or should they just keep quiet while the slaughter goes unabated like in Zamfara? or do you think there won't be consequences for the killings in Benue, Taraba, Zamfara etc. Guy tell your master to solve the issues if his hands are clean, it is not beyond him. He chased Maitatsine back to Niger in the 80s why is this one suddenly hard when he is the commander in chief??

How do we identify that this is a fresh attack or they are Fulani's?

This is disinformation!

No information about how they were killed?,
When they were killed or even who killed them?

And what does 'retalliation loading' mean?
Is this a sort of INCITEMENT to an attack?

It's high time SOE be put in both Benue and Taraba states. The killings in these two states are getting out of hand. These killings have been going on frequently, but u hardly see them in media houses.May Almighty God protect us, irrespective of our tribes and religion

This is so sad and devastating. It worries me that Nigerians now appears desensitize to these killings. Buhari, has failed massively in the issue of security and by all measure has failed in governance.

I don't understand why any intelligent person could support Buhari for 2019, when there are so much insecurities all over the country. It is often said that the most solemn duty of a president is to protect his people, something of which Buhari has failed at.

There is a reason why Winston Churchill was voted as the greatest Briton of all time over Sir Isaac Newtorn and also voted the greatest prime minister alongside Clement Attlee. The simple reason was because of security/Leadership they provided during/Post-Word War II.

How can you lot rate a president because of anti corruption campaign that has so far shown to be a red herring. Even the reported massive infrastructure wouldn't be enough to push his rating over 5, with the insecurities all over the countries.

...so keep making useless analysis just because your masters want to come back and reloot Nigeria... Okay?

Before you blame Buhari, have you bothered to ask yourself what the States government of these States have done to curb these menace?

Don't get me wrong o, buhari has a crucial role to play, but then, i suppose there are reasons why we have the state government? Are part of the reasons not security? Could you then please highlight what the state governments in these state have done in their own might to correct the situation? And why is Buhari taking the whole blame alone?

Besides, i have prove he's doing something about the whole thing, but first please address my points above.

You are one of those extremist fools around here.
Go and carry your AK47 and come and kill Christians, if that is your headache!

If you had any sense, you would try and get to the root of the matter, find out when they were killed, who killed them and for what reasons.

Instead, you just started farting through all orofice in your rotten body, blaming everyone that is not of your religion.
You are likely an islamic terrorirst in disguise.

Whether you like it or not, PMB is the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of this country.
It is his duty to maintain security ...at any cost.
If he does not do his job, he will be blamed.

no life is worth being wasted like this. i think sane people should have a fair say in this. but how can they have a fair say when the northerners laugh over the killings of christians and athiests?

after all the allegation, no leader of the fulani people came out to defend his people. they just kept quiet and watched people get killed by these muslims.

You have a point at the beginning of ur comment but U ends it rubbishly conclusion. Your brain is full of charcoal

people are mistaking these people fulani herdsmen. the fulani herdsmen are not the perpetrators. we are only blackballing a particular tribe which is not fair.

the sincere truth is that these killings are done by muslims. they rejoice when people call these killers fulani herdsmen. they are dodging the bullets.

any killing is muslims attack. dont demonize these fulani herdsmen. we have had the fulani herdsmen for decades. they have been supplying us with meat for decades. the killers are muslims.

these ones killed in Taraba could have been innocent or they could have been jihadists.

buhari went to US to announce that they are Ghadaffi boys. he is trying hard to protect the interest of the fulani people which is not a bad things but he also has the responsibility to protect others in the same vein. instead of using the word muslim he called them ghadaffi boys.

Could you then please highlight what the state governments in these state have done in their own might to correct the situation? And why is Buhari taking the whole blame alone?

Besides, i have prove he's doing something about the whole thing, but first please address my points above.

The reasons everyone blames Buhari are as follows:

- He is the overall head, as President, the buck stops at his table

- the Governors, even though they are called the chief security officer of their state, have no control over the armed forces or even Police in their state. A comissioner of Police has to "get clearance" fromthe IGP in Abuja, before he can obey the order of a state Governor, on matters of security! That is how bad it is.

- The President, as C-in-C, has all the powers and control over the armed forces.
Only him can delegate those powers or use them as he deem fits.
- Buhari has failed to show that he is a 'concerned leader' or that he values the life of innocent Nigerians because he acts aloof, despite all these repeated killings

- When Buhari asked the IGP to relocate to Benue State until the killings are stopped, the IGP disobeyed his order but becuase the IGP is his boy (dont forget the IGP was just an ordinary state commissioner in Kano state, well below 22 AIG's, 7 DIG's and other senior officers, who were all retired compulsoryly by Buhari, to make way for him)....he did not do anything about it. Other Presidents would have fired the IGP immediately.

- If the IGP can disobey the President while "transmission-transmission" and the Presidents does nothing, who are we to blame for the "transmissionapprehension-transmission", if not the President?

If Buhari as President, thinks he is incapable of doing the job, he should just resign otherwise, Nigerians would 'tranmission-transmission' to Daura, come next year. grin

They too are failing. Then again, bases on repeated statement from many governors, they are powerless as all the securities agencies are controlled by the federal government. Can you please explain what more they could have done as it seems their hands are tied.
