Ramos is a master tactician when it comes to commiting professional fouls; fouls that the ref would think is minor, some the ref wont even see.

I believe he intentionally commited the foul but didn't mean to dislocate salah's shoulder or take him out of the game or even the world cup which I seriously hope salah will recover for in time.
