Recession started during Jonathan administration. The the Federal government was borrowing to pay salaries and many state governments cannot avoid to pay salaries. All started While Jonathan is still in control. Signing of memorandum of understanding MOU is a new development and a process can take a year or more and purchasing directly from the manufacturals can also be a better options but it's not a lie that that happened. Call it a lie is like denying that you are born by your mother.

No time in history of Nigeria that is more better for farmers than now, it is n evidence that the government has released the sum of N82 billion through the CBN Anchor Borrower program ABP. The said loan was released to total of 350,000 farmers nationwide.
You can verify this fact by visiting CBN in your state to confirm "if it's one of those lies of Buhari". You can confirm from your commercial bank as well or Bank of Agric in your area the financial facilities are there for farmers.
