President Buhari says the Permanent Voters Card and card readers are fantastic. Buhari stated this yesterday night at the State House when he hosted members of the Judiciary to the breaking of the Ramadan Fast.

He recalled his journey through the courts in 2003, ‘07 & ‘11, & highlights the importance of the Permanent Voters Card (PVC) for Nigeria’s democracy

According to President Buhari; PVC and Card Readers are “fantastic.” We need to do more voter education, to let Nigerians know the importance of their PVC, & the fact that they can use it to vote whoever they want regardless of religion or ethnicity, & their votes will & must count.
