I got the phone this morning. Doesn't come with earphones. Just Type C cord, a charger head and a silicone back case.

Huawei y9 is too large. 6.5 inches. I got it but sold it immediately.

Most of us got the China version (TA1109} with a custom rom , so we won't get official updates.

Only global rom does.

Just got a pouch (jumia) 2500 plus delivery, and tempered glass (konga) 3k plus delivery for my 5.1 plus .


I can't risk the phone falling and breaking.

have you gotten any update notification since you got your 5.1 plus ?

I just got my Nokia X6 today and the first thing I can say is that the design is absolutely fantastic. Such a gorgeous phone. Got it about 70k from Jumia. It's the same as Nokia 6.1 Plus. In fact, it's written as Nokia 6.1 plus in settings.

Officially, Nokia X6 is for China while 6.1 plus is the international version but 6.1 plus is much more expensive for no real difference. I used to think the difference between the models is the fact that 6.1 Plus is the Android One version of X6 but when I started my phone today, the first thing that greeted me was "Android One". I went to check GsmArena again and I saw that the X6 variant has been updated to Android One. So now it means there's basically no difference between X6 and 6.1 Plus but 6.1 Plus is about 30k more expensive.

I haven't finished checking the phone cause I have been downloading the Pie update. I will update this thread when I have time.

I have noticed two cons about the phone though:

1. The screen is not the best. Its colours are not as vibrant as Samsung phones, for example. They seem kinda dull but the resolution is great as expected.

2. The camera is not so good too but I heard using Google pixel's camera app improves this significantly so I will download that later.

You can either flash back the Chinese rom or the global room that recieves update

I'll be going to Computer Village today to get Tempered Glass and a strong Pouch for my X6.

Morning, Please apart from Nokia care center, who can recommend where to repair the charging point of my Nokia 7 plus. It doesn't charge properly and the fast charge has stopped working. When it eventually gets to charge after folding and setting the cable, it charges very very slowly or it stops charging and starts discharging even when the phone is off. I have bought other type c chargers but its the same result. I heard Nokia care in ikeja takes a long time to repair phones thats why i am looking for another alternative. Thank you.
